The onsite parking was a big plus. I appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to assist. The room had a flat screen TV. Tea making facilities were also available.
I found only one hanger in the room. I needed more.

The hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to the town centre. the staff were friendly. They quickly delivered extra pillows that i requested. i used the secure car park, and that was a definite bonus. i found the team at reception very helpful. They gave me directions on the map.
I noticed the windows needed cleaning. They seemed like they had not been cleaned in a long time.

The staff was helpful. The room was clean and tidy, also the bed was comfortable, I found it quiet. It was nice to be able to use a space in the secure car park, though the parking was expensive.

bathroom mould cramped shower
the location was central so getting around wasn't too bad
the room looked like it hadn't been updated since the dawn of time mould seemed quite happy in the bathroom and the window had more grime than glass i almost needed a hazmat suit to use the shower it was so cramped
